Data collected
We collect the information you provide directly: first name, last name, email address, phone number, the content of your resume, and professional preferences. This data is necessary for the matching service to work.
Use of data
Your data is used exclusively to: (1) compute matching scores between your profile and job offers, (2) send you alerts for offers matching your criteria, (3) allow recruiters to contact you if you have applied.
Security and encryption
All your identifiable personal data (name, email, phone, resume content) is encrypted in the database via Fernet (AES-128-CBC). Your password is never stored in clear text — it is hashed with bcrypt. Communications are secured via HTTPS/TLS.
Data sharing
We never sell your data to third parties. Your information may be shared with a recruiter only when you apply to one of their offers or explicitly agree to be contacted.
Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, object to and erase your data. You can exercise these rights from the “My profile > Privacy” page or by contacting us at findmesomework@gmail.com.
