Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Find Me Some Work platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), accessible at findmesomework.com. By creating an account, you accept these terms without reservation.
Registration and account
Registration is free for candidates. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any fraudulent use of your account must be reported immediately.
Terms for candidates
As a candidate, you can create a profile, upload your resume and receive matching suggestions. You warrant that you are the author of, or have the rights to, the information provided. The Platform does not guarantee that you will obtain a job.
Terms for recruiters
Recruiter access is available upon request. Recruiters undertake to publish only legal, genuine offers that comply with applicable labor law. Any discriminatory offer will be removed and the account suspended.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification and erasure.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform (logo, design, source code, algorithms) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Find Me Some Work strives to ensure the availability of the Platform 24/7. However, service interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. The Platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from “My profile > Privacy”. Find Me Some Work reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their application will be submitted to the competent French courts.
